Obtained his bachelor’s degree in actuary on the faculty of sciences at UNAM. He has been the coordinator of the actuary graduate program and has been in charge of modifying two of the study plans, one in 2006 and another one in 2015.
He is currently a member of the CONAC, where he serves as a treasurer.
