Obtained her bachelor’s degree in Actuary, her master’s degree in Mathematical Sciences at UNAM and her doctorate in Mathematics at Extremadura University, Spain.
Her research area has been Bayesian data analysis with categorical response, particularly about flexible link functions and response variables subject to erroneous classification. She also does research on classification and tracing of Parkinson patients through acoustical signals using hierarchical linear models and generalized linear models with repeated measures.
She has published three scientific articles on indexed national journals and two articles at congress’s memoirs. She has assisted to national and international congresses and has over five years of experience teaching to graduates and undergraduates.
