Act. Gloria Roa Béjar

Obtained her bachelor’s degree in actuary at the faculty of sciences at UNAM.

She has worked at the Informatics unit and the Fishing department at the Industry and Commerce secretary (current secretary of Economics), Banco de México and Infonavit.

Afterwards, she worked in the stock market, international futures, agricultural products and precious metals market, since 1993 on underlying financial assets with Dr. Hernán Sabau, who is promoter and founder of the Mexican Underlying Asset Market in 1997 and Asigna clearing house. She has worked in the private sector, stockbrokers, banks, trust settler, and in the public sector in government entities. She started as a programmer and an analyst, working in the derivatives market, underlying asset subdirector, underlying asset director and finally becoming executive director in the derivatives section of BBVA Bancomer.

She has taught on the faculty of sciences in courses such as Finance and Introduction to underlying financial assets.
